Technical notes

This integration requires API access to both your iTicket and HubSpot accounts. iTicket API credentials and the relevant data permissions must be arranged with iTicket prior to onboarding. On the HubSpot side, a Private App token with contact and deal write permissions is required.

Initial field mapping typically takes 2–3 working days depending on the complexity of your event taxonomy and existing HubSpot contact structure. A proof-of-concept sync covering the last 90 days of purchase history can usually be completed within 1–2 weeks. Clients are expected to validate field mapping and confirm data accuracy before full production go-live.
