How SyncCloud works

SyncCloud installs a lightweight component inside your network that establishes a secure outbound connection to the integration, so no inbound firewall rules are needed. We scope both data models, build the field mapping, routing, and error handling, and test in a HubSpot sandbox and a non-production Dynamics environment before going live. SyncCloud syncs on specific data value changes for near real-time updates where the environment allows, applies custom sync rules including record precedence, and Exelement runs it as a managed service with monitoring and a named contact.

HubSpot's native Dynamics 365 connector targets cloud Dynamics and does not connect to an on-premises deployment. SyncCloud connects to on-premises Dynamics through the Dynamics Web API via a component installed inside your network, establishing a secure outbound connection that does not require open inbound firewall rules. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and the integration is GDPR compliant, with EU data residency available. Sync frequency depends on the environment: webhook-style triggers where supported, scheduled polling otherwise. A non-production Dynamics environment and a HubSpot sandbox are recommended before implementation.
