SyncCloud orchestrates the sequence directly against your chosen enrichment sources, the OpenAI API, and the Marketo API (Marketo via an API-only user). The enrichment sources are contracted to your business and some require their own subscription; SyncCloud combines them and the model output into structured fields mapped to Marketo fields, with error handling and retries between steps. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and the integration is GDPR compliant. The sources, fields, and scoring logic are configured to your ICP during scoping. Is the enrichment secure and GDPR compliant?

Yes. The pipeline is GDPR compliant, and all data is encrypted in transit and at rest. EU data residency is available. Should we use OpenAI or Claude for this?

Both run the same SyncCloud pipeline; the difference is the model. OpenAI is strong for fast, web-aware research and is the model Exelement runs in its own enrichment pipeline. Claude is a strong alternative when you want very consistent structured output and on-brand drafting. We help you choose during scoping, and the pipeline can switch models without a rebuild.
