Technical notes

Salesforce connects via OAuth 2.0 using a dedicated connected app in your Salesforce org. Lime CRM connects via their REST API with API key authentication. Both connections require admin access during setup.

Complexity varies depending on the number of objects being synced, custom fields, and conflict resolution requirements. A standard bidirectional contact and account sync runs 3–6 weeks. Configurations involving custom objects, deal pipeline mapping, or data migration should be scoped as 6–12 weeks.

Clients need to either provide a data mapping document or participate in a scoping session before build begins. A data audit of both systems before configuration is strongly recommended.
