Overview

Salesforce and Lime CRM often run in the same group: a parent on Salesforce and a Nordic division on Lime, or the reverse. They are separate systems with no connector between them, so keeping accounts, contacts, and deals aligned usually means manual exports that drift. SyncCloud builds and runs the Salesforce and Lime CRM integration as a managed service, directly against both REST APIs. Accounts, contacts, and deals sync in the directions you define, with deduplication and the field mapping each data model needs, so both teams work from a consistent picture and the group can report across the two.

What you can do

Use cases

Keep accounts and contacts aligned both ways

Accounts and contacts created or updated in Salesforce or Lime CRM are matched and kept consistent in both, with deduplication so the same record is not created twice.

Sync deals for group-level reporting

Deal stage, value, and owner sync between the two CRMs, so a group can report on combined pipeline without manual consolidation.

Map between the two data models

Salesforce and Lime CRM structure data differently. SyncCloud handles the field-level transformation and validation between them, so values arrive complete rather than dropped or mismatched.

Custom sync rules, kept running

You define which records sync, in which direction, and which system wins on a conflicting change. SyncCloud uses near real-time triggers, and Exelement monitors the integration and resolves errors before they accumulate.

The managed service

How SyncCloud works

SyncCloud scopes both data models, builds the field mapping, routing, and error handling, tests against test environments, and goes live. SyncCloud connects to Salesforce through its REST API using OAuth 2.0 and to Lime CRM through its REST API using API-key authentication, syncs on specific data value changes for near real-time updates, and applies custom sync rules including which system wins on a conflicting change. Exelement runs it as a managed service with monitoring and a named contact.

Setup and requirements

Technical notes

SyncCloud connects to Salesforce through its REST API using OAuth 2.0 and to Lime CRM through its REST API using API-key authentication. Accounts, contacts, and deals are in scope, with field-level transformation between the two data models and deduplication on matching. Test environments on both sides are recommended before implementation.
