  • Hyperlink Clicked: Notification that a recipient has clicked a hyperlink in an email.
  • Contact Status Change: Notification of a change in a contact's status from an email. The 'Type' field will identify what has happened. The options are: BOUNCE - A hard bounce response is received from the email recipient, BLOCKED - A blocked response is received from the email recipient, SOFTBOUNCE - A soft bounce response is received from the email recipient, OPTIN - A recipient opts in to a profile via a signup form that uses the list builder interface, OPTOUT - A recipient opts out of a profile via an unsubscribe link in an email campaign.

SMS

  • SMS Deliery Failure/Opt Out: Notification that delivery of an SMS Message has failed or that the contact has opted out of future SMS messages. The 'Type' field will identify what has happened. The options are: SMSOPTOUT - This indicates that the Contact has opted out of future SMS communications, SMSFAILED - A bounce response was received from the SMS recipient.
  • Send SMS: Send an SMS to an existing contact.

Contacts

  • Create or Update Contact: Update an existing contact. If the contact doesn't exist, it will be created in your profile.
