Event Triggers

  • Email Interactions (URL): This event can be used to trigger a Cycle or Workflow when a Contact clicks External Links with a specified prefix (e.g. 'http://www.mywebsite.com/') from within any Emails.
  • Email Interactions (All): This event can be used to trigger a Cycle or Workflow when a Contact clicks any External Links from within any Emails.
  • Mailing List Subscribed: This event can be used to trigger a Cycle or Workflow when a Contact subscribes to a Mailing List.
  • Contact Subscribed: This event can be used to trigger a Cycle or Workflow when a Contact in your Sentori system signs up. A valid sign up for the event is when a contact clicks an Opt-In Confirmation link in an email or when a new contact is manually added by a User. New contacts added as part of a bulk data upload of a spreadsheet or .csv file will not cause the event to trigger.
  • Contact Unsubscribed: This event can be used to trigger a Cycle or Workflow when a Contact in your Sentori system unsubscribes.
  • Email Bounced: This event can be used to trigger a Cycle or Workflow when an email sent by your Sentori system bounces.
  • Email Interaction (Single Link): This event can be used to trigger a Cycle or Workflow when a Contact clicks an external link within an Email. If the email is a 'test email' then the event will be triggered every time the interaction is detected. For other emails the event is triggered only on the first interaction.
  • Mailing List Unsubscribed: This event can be used to trigger a Cycle or Workflow when a Contact unsubscribes from a Mailing List.
  • Email Interaction (Open): This event can be used to trigger a Cycle or Workflow when a Contact opens a specific Email or clicks an external link within it. If the email is a 'test email' then the event will be triggered every time the interaction is detected. For other emails the event is triggered only on the first interaction.
  • Form Submitted: This event can be used to trigger a Cycle or Workflow when a Contact submits a Form.
  • Form Submission Confirmed: This event can be used to trigger a Cycle or Workflow when a Contact confirms a Form submission.
  • Email Interaction (Open All): This event can be used to trigger a Cycle or Workflow when a Contact opens any Email or clicks an external link (which also triggers an Open). If the email is a 'test email' then the event will be triggered every time the interaction is detected. For other emails the event is triggered only on the first interaction with each.
  • Email Send Completed: This event can be used to trigger a Cycle or Workflow when an Email send completes.
  • Email Send Completed (All): This event can be used to trigger a Cycle or Workflow when any Email send completes.

Contacts

  • Import Contacts: This step allows you to upload a number of contact records at the same time. Sentori will check to see if contacts already exist using the email address. If a contact is found to be in the contact list already an update to their details will be performed. If a record cannot be found then the contact will be added.
  • Create Contact: Creates a new Contact. Note: if a Contact already exists with the email address, an update will NOT be performed.
  • Update Contact: Updates an existing Contact's details. Note: if a Contact cannot be found with the email address, a new Contact will NOT be created.
  • Add/Update Contact: Adds or updates a Contact as appropriate.
  • Unsubscribe Contact: Completely Unsubscribes a Contact so they no longer receive any emails.
  • Check Contact Exists by ID: Checks whether a Contact exists with the given Contact ID.
  • Get Contact by ID: Gets a single Contact by the Contact ID.
  • Get Contact by Email Address: Gets a Contact by their Email Address.
  • Delete Contact: Deletes a Contact including information such as their Mailing List subscriptions and Tagging. Email interactions (i.e. Opens and Clicks) will be kept so Email KPI numbers will NOT be affected.

Reports

  • Get Email KPIs: Gets the Key Performance Indicators (Opens, Clicks, etc) for an Email.
  • Get Clickers by Email and Link: Gets the Contacts that have clicked a particular Link in an Email.
  • Get Clickers by Email: Gets the Contacts that have clicked any Links in an Email.
  • Get Abuse by Email: Gets the Contacts that have complained that an Email was spam.
  • Get Bounces by Email: Gets the Contacts that have resulted in a bounce when an Email was sent.
  • Get Opens by Email: Gets the Contacts that have been detected as opening an Email.
  • Get Social Shares by Email: Gets the Contacts that have shared an Email on social networks.
  • Get Unsubscribes by Email: Gets the Contacts that unsubscribed from an Email.

Emails

  • Create Email: Creates a new Draft Email from an Email Template.
  • Attach Upload Group to Draft Email: Attaches an Upload Group to a Draft Email.
  • List Email Templates: Gets a list of all Email Templates in the Account.
  • List Draft Emails: Gets a list of all Draft Emails in the Account.
  • List Sent Emails: Gets a list of all the Emails that have been sent from the Account.
  • Send Email: The Send Email functionality is provided by adding the Contact to an Autoresponder. The Autoresponder can be set to send a single or multiple Emails at preset intervals.

Mailing Lists

  • Subscribe to Mailing List: Subscribes a Contact to a Mailing List.
  • Unsubscribe Mailing List: Unsubscribes a Contact from a Mailing List.
  • List Mailing Lists: Gets a list of all Mailing Lists in the Account.
  • Get Mailing List: Gets a single Mailing List.
  • Get Mailing List Subscribers: Gets a list of the Contacts who are subscribed to a Mailing List.

Autoresponders

  • Add Contact to Autoresponder: Adds the Contact to an Autoresponder. The Autoresponder can be set to send a single or multiple Emails at preset intervals.
  • List Autoresponders: Gets a list of all the Autoresponders in the Account.

Upload Groups

  • List Upload Groups: Gets a list of all Upload Groups in the Account.

Audiences

  • List Audiences: Gets a list of all Audiences in the Account.
